These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the VIGOURE Platform. By using this Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Applicability - These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including: Partners: Suppliers of services, trainers, coaches, and affiliates of VIGOURE, End-Users: Individuals who register, purchase, or access services on the Platform, Visitors: Any person browsing the Platform.
Platform Services - The Platform provides access to VIGOURE Memberships, training programs, fitness sessions, and wellness-related services.
Charges, membership options, and availability may change at our sole discretion.
Memberships may include pay-per-session, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or annual subscriptions.
Fitness Services - Fitness Services include offline training activities such as MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing, Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, and other VIGOURE-branded training programs.
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into contracts.
Participation involves inherent risks (injuries, fatigue, etc.) which the User voluntarily assumes.
Membership & Usage Policies - Access to fitness centres is subject to membership rules and availability. Memberships are non-transferable except where expressly allowed by VIGOURE. Excessive cancellations, misuse, or violations may result in suspension or termination of membership.
Payment & Refund Policy - All payments shall be made online through approved gateways.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are not available for memberships, sessions, or classes once purchased.
VIGOURE is not responsible for unauthorised transactions caused by user negligence.
Prohibited Conduct - You agree not to: Upload harmful, defamatory, or illegal content, Violate intellectual property rights, Hack, interfere, or attempt to disrupt the Platform, Misuse personal information of other users
Governing Law - These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
Acceptance of Terms - By accessing or using VIGOURE, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, along with the Privacy Policy.
