Do I need prior experience to join programs like MMA or BJJ?

No prior experience is required. Our coaches adapt training for beginners and advanced members alike. Whether it’s your first day or you’ve trained before, you’ll fit right in.

Don’t worry — we’ll help you choose.

For striking, try Boxing, Kickboxing, or Muay Thai. For grappling, go with Wrestling or BJJ. For overall fitness, Strength & Conditioning, Yoga, or Animal Flow are great. MMA and Sparring combine everything into one challenge.

Are programs included in my membership, or do I pay separately?

All group programs are included in Amateur , Pro, and Champion memberships. Online members can join virtual sessions tailored for them.

Is sparring mandatory if I join?

Not at all. Sparring is optional and designed for members who want to test skills in real-time. Coaches guide and supervise to ensure safety.

How often should I come and train?

Beginners can start with 2–3 sessions per week to build consistency. As your fitness level improves, you can increase to 4–6 sessions. Our coaches will guide you based on your goals.
