Job Summary
Vigoure is looking for a proactive and energetic HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in recruitment, but motivated freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply. This role involves handling high-volume hiring calls, managing our HRMS, ensuring discipline and punctuality, and supporting employee engagement activities. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Make outbound calls daily to attract and shortlist suitable candidates
- Maintain and update candidate records via HRMS
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer rollouts
- Plan and implement employee engagement activities (birthdays, surveys, fun days, etc.)
- Ensure punctuality and discipline in work routines
- Support basic HR operations and onboarding processes
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in HR or recruitment. (Freshers are also welcome)

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Quality Control Manager to ensure operational excellence and maintain high standards across our MMA facility. This role involves comprehensive monitoring of staff performance, facility operations, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Surveillance and Attendance Management
- Monitor CCTV systems to ensure facility security and operational compliance
- Track and verify employee attendance through log-in and log-out procedures
- Maintain accurate records of staff punctuality and attendance patterns
- Report any irregularities or security concerns to senior management
- Standards and Compliance Monitoring
- Ensure all staff members meet established grooming and appearance standards
- Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with company dress code and hygiene policies

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred

Key Responsibilities
